I would not copy someone’s as each person has different criteria (for example you may need to save for a child’s college where someone else doesn’t etc) but it will give you great ideas and insight on your local market in the auburn/Worcester area and if you should hold it or is it a good time to sell

In this case, you could start the "parent" LLC, and then open separate "child" series, which are private documents you can create from your computer at home even, for each individual apartment you are purchasing.
