Chances are you may not choose to rent in riverside or Ortega unless you can afford private but with this open enrollment coming now a family could rent in riverside and drive over the river to get their child to a higher ranking school.

I would not copy someone’s as each person has different criteria (for example you may need to save for a child’s college where someone else doesn’t etc) but it will give you great ideas and insight on your local market in the auburn/Worcester area and if you should hold it or is it a good time to sell
