Challenges?

Lots of moving parts that most new people cannot handle effectively.But I am not giving up 50% of profit.

If you can't handle this on your own - quickly and correctly - then hire an attorney.

Now comes the challenge of keeping the momentum.  

Currently, its very hard to make SFR cash flow in my market and you're right, I do expect it to be a bit challenging finding a lender for this purchase amount, but not nearly as hard as it is to make SFR's cash flow!

How do people normally handle others who as kind of hard to get along with?

I'll let other LPs fund a Boston multifamily expert's likely expensive education on the challenges of the self-storage business in Nashville. - How are the deals you purchased in the last three years performing? 

Do you want a team of pro's to handle everything and you save time, but pay more?

But my challenge is,  from my research so far I am not seeing any properties that make sense or are close to hospitals, or are very expensive if there are any.
