It doesn't seem to need much work, just cosmetic stuff it seems from the photos and the description on the listing.

While I'm ok with our situation, I would certainly be happier with fixed rate loans (assuming I got a reasonable rate) but those were not available to us.Because I have health issues, I'm actually much more worried about catching this virus than I am about my investments :(

She's hates me because I'm white (she Told me that before), she doesn't let contractors in, she communicates very poorly and she often late on rent, although she did catch up recently.  

Include a photo of you and your wife.

If you arent getting the inquires you want by the end of the month, consider lowering the price.Also, you might consider professional photos. 

So I'm wondering what's the catch.

One of my neighbors reported to me that she noticed a broken window earlier this week and she will be taking a photo for me for photographic evidence.

Be sure to either post it on the door of her unit in a sealed envelope with her name and Confidential noted on the envelope face (after posting it, take a photo as your proof) AND/OR send it by certified mail or Overnight Delivery (which is preferable of the two).  

You are probably thinking you are a heck of catch because of all that residual income they will be getting because you are a big bad investor.
