What I mean by this is it sounds good having a GC but that doesn't mean you will still have to pour a lot of time, effort, and energy into this.You still have to watch the GC and contractors and it is running a business.Look at Jason Scott on here with 123flip.

IMHO, it's not worth you or clients getting burned on, especially if SPDS aren't available.Find a good inspector and stick with them.

Obviously as more properties are acquired it would be beneficial to step back into a management role for construction, but I've got too much energy and eagerness to learn to do that.
