I am brand new and am looking to purchase a Multi-Family property and get an FHA Loan and qualify for the 203k loan.  

Once I achieved some success, I focused on brand new houses and got permission of the owners to setup office in their vacant house and would hold open house every day and work out of the office.

I'm brand new to RE learning and I love the podcasts to help me soak up information while I'm in the car or cleaning house.  

I'd think the banks would also be unlikely to consider your potential income of a brand new business you are just starting.Do you have other streams of income that are more long standing and will be continued when you move?
