In the city, one block could be different from the next with pricing, architecture, SFH/MFR inventory etc.

I read somewhere that it is a good idea to schedule a 2 hr block to be at the house and have everyone show up around the same time because it creates a sense of competition. we printed of 30 applications expecting a lot of people to show up but during the time we were there only 4 people stopped by and 2 filled out an application.
