Hey all I'm looking for any tips/tricks/advice to get into real estate investing while making very little money. I just recently got a job as a high school teacher so it's not like my salary is going up very much for a while. Thanks all!!

@Christopher Smith

Several people will suggest complicated ideas, well I like to keep it simple.

Buy a house, under market value, and live in it while you fix it up.
