Basically, everything is done except for refinishing the hardwood floors, installing light fixtures, bathroom accessories (mirrors, towel bars, etc) and we are still waiting on the quartz counter tops for the kitchens and bathrooms to be delivered.

No matter how good of tenants, you're going to be sharing your kitchenware, potentially having people leave dirty dishes in the kitchen, in their rooms, etc. 5 tenants is A LOT - how many bathrooms will they have to share between the 5 of them?

So I end up at roughly $8/sq ft total for tile unless I'm installing it in a basement or the bottom level of a trilevel.For me, I typically install tile in the bathrooms and kitchen.

They seem to be holding up going on month 3 ;) but i've heard good things from asking around.For floors/bathrooms, there is a company in your neck of the woods called Miracle Method that does epoxy refinishing of tile floors, counters, tubs etc...
