Once or twice a year I have to call back a silenced call (mechanic, restaurant, whatever).

I like the auto-pay requirement. 

What are the usual mechanics for converting your home into an LLC titled rental? 

For example; tax and mechanic liens, deferred maintenance, any tenants sub letting.If my firm was performing due diligence pursuant to a financing request.

I highly recommend checking out a local credit union in the area and getting a small personal loan that you put on auto pay.

My tenants have auto-pay set up, so there's little for them to worry about and I see fewer late payments on my end.
