It's a hell of a dense read and will take you from soup to nuts and has enough chapters that you can easily get to the nugget you want to read without spending too much time searching.Is that book available on audio version?  

Hi Everybody,  i am doing rehab on a building i bought in philadelphia, pa. the building has 3 floors where the first floor is  a store, 2nd floor there are two studios and 3 floor also two studios. 

Technically, this can be turned into a studio apartment. 

Be patient, the right property will come (mine was a duplex with an extra in-law studio).

We have a strong rental populace, Netflix is building their studios, along with many other productions constantly filming here.

The studio apt rent is about $100 under market.
