Today I have set up an appointment to look at a property that is zoned for 4 units.  

Hi Everybody,    Does anyone have a list of things that you should know about a property before going on an appointment to meet the seller?

If a client wants to see homes during that time, I simply say I already have an appointment, what else will work.  

For example, this evening he canceled an existing appointment with a tile guy 30 minutes before he was to arrive.I've researched and can't find a clear answer—is my tenant obligated to provide access to the contractors?

I have appointments to see 2 three unit properties on Friday. 

I immediately scheduled an appointment with the seller, walked through and agreed to her price after quickly researching the area and estimating the rehab costs.

I couldn't tell you how many times I have been on an appointment and the potential client will bring up a value that he attained from Zillow that is very innacurate and unrealistic.
