The second thing to look into is what industry employs the locals and if the building itself caters to them or someone else that will be able to reliably pay their rent.

She also would not be able to pay for food, clothing, transportation, medical, recreation, childcare needs, etc.Instead of considering only the tenant's portion, I would prefer to keep my income requirements the same for all tenants, regardless of their source of income.

Those two products have a very strong accounting and financial reporting component, which it seems like most of the products that cater to the smaller PM's/Owners don't excel at.The few PM solutions that I have been looking at are Rentec, TrueRent & Buildium.
