Hey, the scripts do have some good openings for a good conversation starter @Joe McCall, but I do have to side with @Jonathan Fitzgerald in asking why do you incorporate a question with a negative response in your script?

Once the eviction process has been completed, at the time of lock-out, allow landlords to get rid of all tenant items without repercussion.

If there are any notices concerning the mortgage (insurance, escrow, etc.) you need to be authorized to receive those items.

You will need a survey, building inspection, zoning check, appraisal and many other items.

More of a convenience item for the tenants at first.

Total cash looks a tad high but I can't dissect why without a more itemized list or an APR.

This is a 2 br house rent currently at $750.We've done about a dozen or so gas heat conversions, and prefer gas and tenants and buyers prefer gas in out market.
