@Daniel Luedtke you can also add a commercial policy to cover housekeepers, support staff, etc if your management company doesn't cover them. 

I do own property where we have onsite staff and property management. 

I have found numerous deals on the DC section of the site over the last 3+ years and more importantly, the staff has always been helpful in answering any questions that I may have had.

Also, once you start getting big enough to have staff, the operating model is also completely different

True it interacts with third party tools behind the scenes to do these features, but to our staff it is all managed seamlessly within podio.There will never be one solution that fits every investor.

As staff of this group and being the CFO, a section of my department includes Estates Managers and caring for the 8 million dollar property that the business office was a part of.
