I think I'mGoing to get my feet wet with Airbnb in my own home and charge a premium and keep it below 90 days a year.

There seems to be a good amount of property options in my market, so hopefully I can get my feet wet in the next year.I willing to chat with anyone who's interested in welcoming another newbie to the fold.

@Dean Welsh  No your talking about a wet closing in some states they do that. like in our states here on the west coast you sign one to 3 days in advance and get a Wire you rarely if ever get a check I would NEVER accept a check at closing ONLY wired funds.. checks can bounce even attorney checks..

Basement had standing water and tenants had put boards down so their CHILDREN could walk to their bedrooms without getting their feet wet.

@Patrick Flanagan Not to be a wet blanket but there’s very little construction in my area of Northern New England for public housing due to costs right now.

Wet the stain with cold water and rub the bar of soap on the stain. 

I expect this is becoming a worsening problem as we experience greater weather swings from climate change (longer dry / wet spells).
