Says his tenants in blue collar neighborhoods tend to pay on time, family-oriented so they plant roots, and they take pride in their home so they keep it clean and do a lot of their own maintenance instead of bothering him.

I saved two, thankfully.You can get a chemical, I forget the name, and put it in the pool so when the kids (or adults) pee it will turn BLUE and they are SOOO busted!
