@Quest Web It really depends on the rental grade you are going for and the lot (is it level, do you have to do a lot of clearing/grading, how difficult to tap into utilities, etc).

I get that a web site would cost more, but I would think those items would be a basic element of using such a service.

Find your money locally, face-to-face, and stay off the Web.

Using an online title search company will only expedite the process since most of these records today are recorded and indexed online (Title Plants) and easily accessed on the web, and usually same day.
