So Frustrated with PropertyWare

SO I have a full time job and I own 26 Rentals. I am busy 7-9 most days and try and get my property mgt paperwork done on Sunday. I looked around at different online mgt software. It must be a hosted service for me, I need to keep everything mobile so I don't have to let my managers on my computer or me get on theirs.

Anway after all that garbage, I signed up for property ware and begin putting in my info. Only problem-I can not find where you enter in how much a property leases for. I can build my custom fees to beat the band. But where in the crap do you enter your most vital info!!!

Plus no help on the weekend.
Plus no answer to last weekends email anyway
