I would collect it AND a copy of the their License or whatever else they are using for a photo id.

My PM goes through the property every 6 months and does an inspection, sending me photos and a checklist to let me know if there are any problems. 

Ive completed a renovation and Im looking for the best way to put together a small packet of before/after photos with a professional look and not something people put very little effort towards.

My criteria are the following:- 50 to 100% equity- out of state owners- last sale date of 3+ years agoI purchased the list from Listsource and used Click2Mail to send out the postcards (4.25 x 6) with a nice photo and a brief message.Is this a low response rate?

I'd also suggest swapping out your first photo with your gorgeous kitchen.This is most definately a very slow time of year.
