I listen to the BP podcasts for 3 hours each day while sitting in Atlanta traffic which is great...I learn a lot so the traffic doesn’t bother me.  

., call on alarm system companies and people who sell life insurance to small businesses; call when you see a sign tacked up on a telephone pole offering health insurance to individuals or small business owners…all of these people traffic with our customer types).  Check public records to find balloon notes filed at your local courthouse.  Check public records to find private mortgages (person to person) filed at your local courthouse.  UCC filings on equipment (Dunn and Bradstreet may be able to supply lists).  Research classified ads for commercial properties and contact the seller or realtor.  Network with CPAs, attorneys, and financial planners.  Join your local Chamber of Commerce for lists of businesses in the community.  Listen for radio ads directed at self-employed business owners and network with those companies who place the ads.  Research tax sales on commercial properties.  Contact leasing agents specializing in commercial properties.  Being an IAP comes with commercial leads but always look for other sources as well.  Realtors are always looking for lenders who handle commercial mortgages.  Social media, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Craigslist, etc.

And place them at strategic high traffic intersections saying "WE BUY HOUSES" with your contact information.Or hit the pavement, go knocking door to door, looking for motivated sellers.

There are countless factors that go into evaluating buildings, guaging the health of the area, calculating how long it will take to fill a vacancy, stress testing deals, projecting on the upsides as well as downside, dynamics of having an anchor tenant lease renewal on the horizon, guaging competition and surrounding vacancy, looking at future development of the area, understanding how local politics are affecting growth, traffic patterns etc. 

Do a Google search for "Forced Traffic & Conversion".

The city is currently in the process of widening the road that runs along side the home and adding a traffic light and a subdivision is being built within a mile of the property.

You wouldn't want to put them up Thursday and have them all taken down on friday... but this still does not guarantee they will make it through the weekend.I choose to put them up every Saturday @ 3 am so there is no traffic and I can put a bunch out.

As for McDonough, the state of GA recognizes the population distribution and they are planning to expand I75 into an expressway to open up flow of traffic to and from the city during high traffic times. 

Temecula isn’t going anywhere if you want to alternate bw sitting in traffic and being hot!
