I fully believe appraisers are most motivated/influenced by what the purchase price is and many of them don't seem to understand that buying a home at a discount shouldn't influence what the market value of the property actually is.

So I immediately sent the info to my preferred agent he disclosed some information that they owed several years of property taxes and were motivated to sell we settled for 90k I took out my first ever mortgage loan which was a conventional loan 20% down 5.6% interest rate and for 120 months payment of 768 acquired property 06/13/2020 immediately hired a contractor with a dozer to take down most of the brush.

(Maybe the text books will have something like this above....so they are probably a good read... but don't expect them to give you HOW to figure that out--just a heads up on it--and then just maybe).And lien releases are very important--they differ by state....you will need to learn something about that too...as well as thousands of other things.Good Luck!

I'm an agent trying to show a house to a client but the listing agent refused to answer the phone, texts or emails and kept declining my requests to view the property with no details or reasoning.
