These are prideful people around here, has anyone else had to deal with this in their investing career?

We gotta stick together, help each other out in this crazy career choice!

LOL. but then again I learned my lesson and now am moving for a debt free future.. but that's me and at the end of my career not the beginning.. but I sure would have been better off having more free and clear assets when I could have .. instead of continually rolling up like we did in the middle 2000s  but you know hindsight 20/20.. 

With the completion of my license, I am moving closer to that.I was also able to get into my first investment property this past year.Now that you know a bit about me, I do have a bit of need for advice as far as my career goes.

The money is attractive but I’m almost scared to join the rat race and start a 40 year career.

As a 22 year old I'm tired of having manual labor jobs and am looking for something that I can call a career.

I'm also early on in my career in the Baltimore area.

I am set to take my real estate salesperson license exam tomorrow and begin my career in real estate.
