I figured I'd share my success story hopefully it can inspire others...I'll keep it short and sweet...in December 2016 I heard of wholesaling for the first time ...I researched it for about 2 weeks and then jumped right in...since then I've done over 10 flips and one of them was a home run made around 300k flipping some apartments...I also managed to steal a rental property in the process and now I'm flipping and looking for more rentals...to this day I feel like I still don't know jack Sh** about real estate lol.
