I was asked by a couple of people (students) to compare doing a Buy & Hold Rental using conventional financing and buying Subject To with selling to a Tenant Buyer and what that would look like.This is an actual deal I recently did.

Do I hate paying student loans?

I saved a bundle because previous landlord had a cable box in each BR and living room so you can imagine it added up.The reason I gave them the option was because I was happy w my tenants if they were knucklehead College Students I wouldn’t have given them the options and just do what I want.

I'm currently a second year college student studying Computer Science at UMass Amherst.

I will probably try to add in the cash flow game to that course.For Chemistry: They have to create a lab to solve a real world problem, and everything (including the student) has a cost.

My son in law just finished his residency, is an MD, and they aren't exactly rolling in dough because the student loans are huge. 

I started an alumni association specific to our degree program, have an amazing network of former students and teachers.
