My company currently manages over 30 Airbnb listings in town and we have amassed over 1100 5-star reviews achieving Superhost status on the platform.

Another 5 or so 5-star ratings will bring that up to where it is no issue at all. 

gave 5 stars on all sub categories (on AirBnb) except "location" which was 4 star. 

Since people cannot actually see the stars given by the reviewer I'd remove the part about not warranting 5 stars.

Got really good, cashed out my winnings from poker stars and paid off a lot of my debt on my credit report.Should have left some for my emergency fund but oh well.Poker is tough, only like 8-10% of people are long term winners.

everyone from the people at the airport, to the hills in Breckenridge was just upset at something. we stopped by a spa place to just check it out and the employee there (incredibly nice) told us that people are upset at the Movie stars raising the prices all over colorado and pricing people out (which makes sense). turned out, that guy was from Detroit metro.anyway, i tell everyone that the people that we met and spoke while vacationing in Colo were not very nice.

Other PMs I usually recommend depending on the type of property is Linneman Realty or Lone Star Realty, though I have no personal experience with either. 

I would say hey Joe I can go over to 1st star to make this loan but I would rather give it to you cause your my main banker but I gotta get a better rate then what you gave me last time.
