Hi BP,I own 2 rental properties in Baltimore MD and i am first having trouble deciding on whether to place them in an LLC or not (I plan to slowly scale and house hack a new property once a year).

@Axel Meierhoefer Hey Axel, I’m with a lender that focuses solely on this one specific loan.

We estimate 3 to 4 times the amount of the loan by the time we plan to sell the house in about 5 to 6 years.

Kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but my son just started college at Tarelton and we live in CA, so its on my radar now...university has plans for big growth in the next 5-10 years. 

I am looking to gain as much information about the space and the steps needed in order to implement a plan into place! 

Plan was a fha land and construction loan for maufactured home.

I am planning to purchase a property subto the existing mortgage (50k left) and current tax lien (65k).
