Sky commuting would create such an abundance that the commute would cease to be a factor in price.My later thought, in the early 2000s, was that Marriott should stand up an air service using Moller's any-day-now flying car, as they had both the real estate for landing pads (parking lots or rooftops) and the clients who want to go to those locations.

Also note that if you were to purchase the property from them, your purchase price would become YOUR basis in the property and if you're paying below market prices, then you have a built in gain as well that would be recognized when you sell it if you sell for more than what you paid for it.I have the names of CPAs/attorneys if you need, though they're mostly in San Diego and Southern California.

I looked at a 2 fam property for a client and the price difference in insurance was absurd compared to the additional rent, not to mention pool up keep.
