Mind you my partner and I are by no means big time players but we held ourselves professionally, did our due diligence and assured the agent that this was going to close quick on our end.

I suppose that will add up fairly quickly. 

So even though you plan to pay them off quickly, you still like the flexibility of the 30 year loan and are okay with the rate (I know, I know, it's not that much more)?

Follow ups are key as the average person takes 3-5 touches before picking up the phone to respond.I would recommend a quick search of companies.

Quick piece of advice is to not focus on multi-family housing in our area.
