The DFW and particularly Collin County rental market has been hot and we have not heard any issues with renting, are there signs of this slowing down now, should we start reducing the lease price since it has been more than 2 weeks since we listed.

If you just call their regular phone number, the guy on the other line won't know what you are talking about because they follow a script and only offer products that are advertised. 

Production of income is not a statutory required qualifier.   

They want a finished product. 

Getting caught up in minimal fees is only going to slow you down my friend.

They, like any product, have pros and cons. 

If people are slow to buy it, others may be slow to rent it.  

I would replace with the wood or other product that work better and is tenant proof!

I currently rent and our landlady manages the building herself and she has oftentimes been slow to respond or doesn't respond at all to our seemingly minuscule requests and it bothers us.
