I feel like it's only worth pressing if it's worth your time and mental strain.

This mentality is what caused this crash.

Either because of lack of caring, poverty mentality, lack of child supervision, anger at landlord, or excessive number of people in an apartment, the amount of damage done to the apartments by tenants was almost unbelievable.

Basically what you are proposing is to un-level the playing field because of some notion of "fairness", where you define "fairness" as "me good, corporations evil"Sounds a lot like so many do-gooder mentality, ill-conceived band-aid ******** that ends up creating more problems than the intended fix.More govt interference is going to screw up the market even more than it is now.  

Prioritizing cash flow, equity, STR, buy/hold, self managing, etc.

I understand wanting to make as much money as possible, but there are better and easier ways to make money than being a maid.I, unfortunately, suffer too much of this do it myself mentality.   

Hoarders are not mentally 'normal'...they don't think like you do.

Probably just spray and pray mentality  

In an attempt to be nice to the 'poor tenants' and 'disadvantaged' people out there - the powers that be with their 'tree-hugger' mentality, always end up hurting the very people that they pretend to try and help.

Then starts the $750 a day fines and the lien.The only possible problem might be this - he says some people (the ones with a mental/hoarding disorder) will not surrender even with the fines.
