If it's a remote single entity LLC guaranty then practically worthless.I have seen in the past where a client had a tenant with a personal guarantee.

Consider practicing on smaller deals or partner up with someone else who has the experience.

But trying to get 8 conventional residential loans through underwriting simultaneously would be a monumental undertaking, especially in the current lending environment.
