Frankly, I wasn't very sharp about guardianships but the kegal groups that I was active in were all happy for a warm body to organize grandparents as if baby ducks; people who were sadly trying to raise their grandchildren when kids were busy doing drugs or jail time.

I would get the nation organization to co-sign if you are worried about all of the bailing mid semester for some reason.Junior members does me underclassmen, or grad students back and living at the house.Your lease would be with the fraternity organization, not the individual students.Alpha Beta Chapter 18 agrees to rent 123 Main St from Dave Shapiro for the sum of $10,000 per month.
