After you read the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, listen to 30-60 podcasts, ask questions in the forums, read The One Thing, and reach out to folks who are doing what you want to do; then you will have a clear idea of where you want to go and how to get there.Regards,Eric

When I got my 2nd apartment it was because I had just bought a water bedroom set that I knew didn't fit upstairs in folks' Cape Cod.

As far as full disclosure up front there seems to be a lot of fear from folks as far as getting under contract on a property without knowing everything up front.
