What you are looking for is an experienced agent with a proven solid track record who has also done RE flips.

With working long hour weeks until I graduate and start in my field I'm on track for my first investment somewhere around 4 years from today.

I am looking to buy a second multi-family home in the same area.  

I came across a local developer who seemed to have a good reputation and a track record buying small to medium multi-families, doing some work refurbishing and repositioning the properties and flipping them in a couple of years.  

I'm still finding my way around this site, and of course can't find them again.I've found an abandoned home, tracked the relatives, but they've moved.
