Any recommendations for free tools to do market research?

I'm a trucker and always passing through on my way to the Chi, but I really want to look into the area.

They offer SFRs across the country (1031 eligible) that are fully triple net lease - meaning there's no costs to the homeowner, no vacancy liability, no unexpected repairs and maintenance, NOTHING.

Look up the local wholesalers in the area. 

I think you just have to work it in as the cost of doing business.

There is a meetup in the South Bay that happens each month so maybe that's sort of like a REIA, but it's definitely not a place to learn how to flip or be coached. 

Most title companies will never give title insurance on properties bought at tax auctions.

And a revocable trust which again no annual cost just initial set up.
