I made a fake reservation on VRBO had to manually force a sync and yet 10 min later I still have not gotten a single notice sent to cleaners about this new reservation- it's supposed to be triggered automatically.

I suspect the people/companies who are mailing have given little thought in segmenting their data and I am no different than the person who sees a billboard on the side of a highway, meaning it's broadcast generically.Point is, you need to filter for specific triggers that motivate people to want to sell.
