How can I do this legally in NJ?

I thought this didn't sound right - is that legal in Ohio? 

I am doing my research and am ensuring that I have all of the proper reports/forms/legal literature, valuation tools, etc and have several friends who are RE Agents & Loan officers whom I ask questions, BUT I am still lacking information in certain areas.

A couple of different possibilities;-Some deed restriction disallows deed transfer until the repairs are done and lien removed, probably not likely.

You will have a hard time gaining any traction without a track record in real estate, underwriting, commercial brokerage, legal/accounting, property management or portfolio management.

That's not including the upfront cost for example Appraisal fee, Legal fees.

The subject says it all - if anyone can pass along the name of a real estate attorney they used for setting up an LLC, and maybe to answer some basic legal questions/advice related to it, I'd appreciate it! 

However, since airbnb income can be different each month, would it be legal to set up that kind of "rental agreement" with my S-corp in the eyes of the IRS?

Is it more restrictive to someone new?
