They are characterized by "liberal n/o/o HELOC," I can't specifically comment on the 20 year draw thing... not that it matters since a HELOC can be cut off at any point in time, without notice.

Handyman is cheaper than contractors (mostly the plumber) but will result in times that you pay the handyman to look at the problem and the contractor to fix the problem but you need to pay both.

I rehabbed the place, about 80% on my own, in time for the Fall semester, and now rent the 3/1 for 1200 including utilities and rent the 4/2 for 1400 including utilities.
