Born and raised in Lebanon until the age of 24 and came to the states about 6 years ago, was in Palo Alto, CA at first cause i used to work at facebook but then I relocated to AZ (cost of living in Palo Alto is out of control).

Hello Larry, I was born and raised in Welland, Ontario but have been living here near Orlando for 19 years now and loving it!  

@Princess Lukhele  REAL ESTATE Scheme's born out of foreign ( at least foreign to US) rarely have oversight.. not that there were not plenty of Aussies selling Ghetto WAR zones as Grade A investments because there was.65,000 investors is a lot of investors..

I know because it's where I was born and raised.

I was born and raised in these types of areas that many investors are uncomfortable investing in and many investors will tell other investors not to invest in because they will fail.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and to me Newark seems to be undergoing a similar change as Brooklyn, I would strongly recommend (based on the little knowledge that I have) that if you have the means, to try to invest there.  

Grateful to see other landlords working with tenants, keeping turnover low, and generally seeing them as human beings with limitations like all of us instead of the guy who was whining about having to do something for the single mom and her infant child when the house had a gas leak and it was below freezing.
