You can’t prevent animals from entering the property.

I think the learning curve is pretty steep on the first property and its better to take it slow, manage it well, implement systems to "perfect" the first one so that its easily scalable to a lot of others.

Personally, I would just avoid this altogether to prevent any disagreements or hostilities.

After that first time, I implemented that habit into my morning routine now and I really look forward to doing it!
