Are “Easy Living” Properties Worth It?

Hello BP, I’m wondering if anyone has any experience providing an “easy living” type of rental? Essentially, I’m wondering if rather than having the tenant pay for things such as pest control, landscaping, and possibly even a once per month house cleaner, I as the owner would cover it but the reflection would be in the rental price. Has anyone tried this type of strategy, and if so was it a success or fail? I’m still getting my feet wet here, but it strikes me as a good was to ensure that my property remains in good shape during the duration of the tenants lease. This could potentially increasingly the mileage I get out of it in between repairs and maintenance, I would think? Thanks in advance! Regards, Will
