If it is from a website, email or talking to them in person.It is human nature to have that mindset, the only way to make a non-believer to a believer is by action, and that’s what my partner and I will do.Sure testimonials can help, but how hard is it for someone to make those up.

I'm only human :) There are just so many new investors making decisions to buy without fully thinking things through and I've seen that end very badly when market conditions change.For the record, I like the way @Chris Seveney simplified the structure.

You are building a track record and should plan as best as humanly possible for all types of errors.

The promotional items are nice in one way, but they do sort of feel like advertising whereas bringing them baked goods feels more like something a friend would do, and creates more of a human connection.
