You should be able to find the property taxes on a county assessors website or on Zillow/Redfin etc. 

You'd probably get a website and need idx, the list goes on.

The website that sounds like pillow that has a z in front has rental manger section that has a decent rental income and expense worksheet you can download for free. 

I had someone from another website crop a bunch of colors in and you're right the only one that looks good was yellow.

But once you have them on a password protected website or private email list you can happily market your contracts to them.
