For STRs... what's the best way to gather the data on utilities, pest control, pool cleaning, general maintenance, etc...?

I know many of you are hesitant to do a deal with a dry cleaning tenant in place, but what about proximity to gas stations?

Closure in place usually means draining tank, cleaning it and filling it with inert material.

Yes we do own it, and one of the reasons we decided to move forward was because the inspection came back incredibly clean.
