got the LSI idea from Google to handle the text fields, and copied a weather map output to delineate the geographical boundaries that make it all work but no way to test it without more code writing skills and computing power than I can muster at present so anybody know a good code writer cause I think I can get to a set up with enough juice to grind it and see if it works.

You'll find a lot less congestion, crime and noise as you move out of Boston.

I do this instead of call because I don't want the noise from the kiddos in the background, and I'm also reaching out to at least 15 people at once so it's easier to do it via text.

Got tired of the grind of long term rentals and the income is much better.

The maintenance, the brainless tenant repair calls (True repair call after I showed up at the property: "My toilet makes noise like water's running when I pull the handle."

No kids, no noise, no problem.

Can't say I really knew what I was doing when I started out, but have successfully managed it from a distance for the past few years.Real estate has always interested me and I think it could be a great path for my wife and I to gain some freedom from our daily grind, but we have lots to learn!
