We finally came to terms and bid farewell to our $10KPLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAM PARTNERSHIPS -ITS BEING DONE IN THE NAME OF A COMPANY THAT WOULD APPALL JOEL GREENBLATT !!

Take into the fact that tenants will want to preview the property before moving in, and if they drive by with a big for sale sign outside,  they could think it's a scam and never come back.

:SIGH: - - this is where a knowledgeable owner (and/or his lawyer) SCAM the system.IMO: back away and play elsewhere - - there's bigger lions on the prairie than anyone here at BP!

First sign of a scam is the request for an upfront fee.

High transaction cost, opportunity cost, scheduling conflicts, unexpected issues, difficulty in finding the right people, and all the scams that contractors or nickel and diming contractors often pull can eat into your real profit. 

I believe people who do offer those things are scam artists and they prey on the desperate. 

They both signed an early release form for the lease to now end on May 31st.The wife now has a boyfriend who I suspect is giving her advise on how to scam me.

We are in a world of scams and hacking.  

I'm wondering if it's a scam...

I use postlets to for listing and I don’t post on craigslist (too many scams).
