The conference looks like it has a good amount of value, but with the Paper Source conference in April, and the Note Expo conference in November, it's difficult to justify the cost of travel, hotel, food and the conference for yet another event in our note investing niche.

Keep in mind another issue is if they need long term care funding this house will be a source either by income stream or if sold.

Client is already sourcing SBA funding for his ventures and should easily get his loan due to the performance of the property.

I've read on lendingtree.com since posting that: "Because personal loans are unsecured, most mortgage programs do not allow them as sources for down payments."

New financing sources with better terms.I'm sharing with them and they're sharing with me.Thats the real beauty of what BP does.

Rentometer.com is also a good source for area rents but I don't think they factor in heat included or not in their calculations.
