So we bought a house in a city auction, it has a person living inside, after traying to make a deal without luck, we do an eviction, win in firts instance with the city court, now the person have done delay tactics like calling sick, saying she will do a redemption and later just dissapering and right now asking for an appeal in short its like 10 months so far living there for free....Can we do something to try to pressure or something?

It is never worth the time or energy when the buyer starts that low.Now I have, as a buyer, made low offers, but only when I knew that the property had fallen out of escrow several times because of a bad foundation (for instance).
