Is there any way to get sellers contact info for Fsbo properties listed on sites like Zillow.com  or Realtor.com without having to contact their agent?

I got them for the peace of mind, but honestly, I'm finding that when I do my own work on finding referrals through forums and referral sites, I'm better off.

There are so many little things about this that are not complicated, but so numerous its mind boggling.  

Other issues such as zoning can be more complicated as the town may not approve you changing the zoning from a 2 to 3 unit.
