Trying to rent my first property. HELP!

I'm in the process of trying to rent my first property. I've lived in the property for almost 4 years now and am looking to upgrade my primary residence for a little more room for the family and rent this one out. I've had it listed for rent for a couple of days now on a few rental sites, social media, etc, but have yet to have anyone come and look at it or inquire about it. Am I doing something wrong here? Rent too high? I did some comparisons with other properties in the area and it's on par with what's available. It's a little bigger (4 beds, 2.5 baths) than the average rental (2-3 beds) in my area, but I'm surprised that I haven't really gotten any hits. Any suggestions?
